Nash's was founded by Mr. William Nash in 1930 and is owned and run by the Nash family to this day. They now have six shops and source many ingredients locally – milk from a dairy in Bicester; eggs from Arncott; and wheat flour milled in Wantage from wheat grown on Oxfordshire farms.
